Snow,Beef, Waving, and a Family reunion

We are up to a lot these days. We spent the past week in Nebraska with Grammie and Papu enjoying the snow and a huge house to explore. You should have seen Vincent's eyes when we spotted all of the remotes my dad had downstairs. Vincent tried beef for the first time and loved it. He has also decided to start waving!! If we tell him wave hello or goodbye he'll wave. Of course, sometimes we spot him waving to the floor when he's playing around on his own. He had Grammie's pot roast and absolutely loved it. He also had a blast playing chase with Grammie and Papu. We capped off our vacation with a trip to Iowa for my uncle's 70th birthday party. On the way there, we stopped by Anita, Iowa and saw the land where my Mom's farm was. It was a good time. It isn't often you see a club sandwaich for under $5 at a restuarant!! V decided to be afraid of the guest of honor on the night of my uncle's party- boo hoo. Otherwise he did a great job - he even shared his paci with Barthiben-up to then he NEVER gave, only took! He didn't even fuss on the flight home after such an action filled week!!
