What are we doing to prep for our big day? Well, I guess we've been busy. We took Vincent to San Antonio and Sea World where he got to experience his first encounter with Shamu, Lorakeets, smores, and an outdoor movie. Thanks to Aunt Judy and Lily for the experience!! We quickly followed it up with a trip out to the Bayou City Arts festival where Vincent got a full ice cream bar to himself and he got to pick out his Papu's birthday gift. Then, on Tuesday we went strawberry picking at Froberg Farms. The next day he met his newborn friend, Macie, and was super sweet with her (phew). Today he had his first Easter Egg Hunt and cookie decorating at the Garnetts and we topped the day off with his first movie at the theaters. We felt it was appropriate that a child of his generation start off with an animated flick in 3D. Vincent didn't quite take to using the glasses and, frankly, Momma got a little seasick from it, but the movie was just as good. He got to eat jelly beans, popcorn, and an Icee today...needless to say he is still bouncing around upstairs.
As for the littlest one, he is rolling around in my belly and seems to like pho a lot because I swear he did a triple flip ; )
