Vincent went to his first art show - for his Auntie ; )

We had a great trip to Louisiana this past weekend. Vincent went to his first two art shows where Andy was showing seven pieces. It was a lot of fun. The little man made cameo appearances since these tend to be later in the evening, but I still think he had a good time being the center of attention - as always ; ) He was a real trooper during the long drive there and back. On the way there we stopped in Lake Charles and enjoyed a children's park there - it did the trick in terms of burning off some energy ; ) On the way back, we didn't stop at all and we thought very highly of ourselves for making record time but V made us feel it last night - partying like a rock star at 2 AM, 3 AM, 4 AM, 5 AM, etc etc. Oh well. His favorite words are ball and da chiang. Andy had a bunch of elephants at her house so he kept pointing them out and saying "da" "da" "da" (it's elephant in chinese). And then, he can pick out a ball out of nowhere. He LOVES balls!! It's really fun to hear him communicating with us so well ; )
