He's starting to mimic a lot of what we are saying. Last night, I said "Pop goes the weasel, goes the weasel go pop" and he started repeating the word pop with some pretty darned good annunciation - it was impressive especially since it seemed like it came out of nowhere ; )
He had the good fortune of getting to see his great aunt and uncle from Costa Rica this week. By the time they were rady to leave he was giving away free hugs. It's cute, becuase he'll run up to you and hug you around the knees. He's also got a goofy little grin that he'll flash to those who pay attention to him - the grocery store, shopping, etc. He's also still running around and bumping into things. It's sad to see how many bruises the poor guy has...but he only complains when he really gets himself.
He's been enjoying all of the wonderful birthday gifts he got and also got to join in donating clothes to Goodwill - he almost got to donate his weight in clothes from the donations we got at his birthday party - 25 lbs!!
And today we are off to the zoo--woohooooo!!!
