First Wedding, First Tooth, First Family Reunion Up North, AND First Snow

The past two weeks have been filled with firsts for our little man. Since being inspired by the twins to pull up, he's taught himself how to get down from standing (sometimes with a hard thump onto his rear), how to cruise around objects, how to go from one object to another (including people's legs), how to go up a few stairs, how to quickly let go - teeter in the air - and then plop down, and how to walk with a toy on wheels. This man has some hidden agenda and I fear it has something ot do with a LOT of activity. He has been teething and has had one tooth break through. Hi sother front bottom tooth is right behind, also. Although he was pretty grumpy while he was teething, it was cute to see how rosy his little cheeks got. He went to his cousin Kiran's wedding in Ames, Iowa this weekend. It was pretty awesome because the wedding was in the Memorial Union at Iowa State. He managed to sleep through the whole ceremony but got up to see them walking down the aisle...well, he would have seen them if we hadn't been in the way ; ) Vincent doesn't seem to have stranger anxiety but he sure takes a little while sizing people up before he'll let them get free smiles. He got lots and lots of hugs from his other cousins and you could tell that our family reunions will never be quite the same. I'll have to post pictures up later. We topped this weekend off with a reunion with one of his future best friends and pen pals from his Chicago - Arjun. It was awesome seeing Ujjaini and seeing what can happen to two girls 12 years after graduating from high school together!!
